excellent service ideal location
I appreciated the excellent service. the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. the location was ideal. It was easy to walk to major attractions.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway. this made it difficult to sleep in the mornings.

whatsapp confirmation quick answers helpful staff simple room poor soundproofing thin walls
They checked arrival and departure times. I got quick answers to my questions. They provided a kettle when I asked , although only a coffee machine was in my room.
The room was fairly simple. The room lacked soundproofing. I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

hot water absence unacceptable service
The hotel's location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The absence of hot water in the mornings was unacceptable , disrupting my routine. The receptionist demonstrated a lack of knowledge and the manager refused to address our concerns directly. This significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

faulty hairdryer dated furniture
The hairdryer was faulty. It only functioned for about ten seconds before cutting out. this proved inconvenient as i had to depart for the train station with damp hair. also, the room i was assigned was quite dated and in need of some refurbishment. The furniture showed considerable wear.

convenient location helpful staff fresh towels noisy street missing door coffee machine
The location was very convenient, close to many attractions. The staff, especially Cristina, were warm and helpful. Our room was clean and the hotel provided fresh towels every day.
The room faced a noisy street. I could hear sirens. There were no instructions for the coffee machine. The shower was missing a door, so water went onto the floor.
